  • Replacements & Defect Claims: Upon photo verification of transit damage or manufacturing flaws, Pictorem will replace the piece or issue a full refund.

  • Cancellations: Custom gallery orders may only be canceled or amended within 24–48 hours of order placement before active laboratory production begins.
