You will also be responsible to return all monies collected, and or distributed, back to the website owner, Blaine Stoner.

However, issues beyond their control (such as user-approved proofs, misspellings in submitted files, or minimal color variations) may not be eligible for refunds. Pictorem.com+1

8.2 Limitations
Because all items are custom produced per order, they are non-returnable for reasons of change of mind. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement; after that, cancellation may incur fees based on materials used by Pictorem. Pictorem.com

9. Idea Submissions

Do not submit unsolicited original works, ideas, or designs unless we have a separate written agreement or non-disclosure in place. If you do, you grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use that content as we choose.

10. Termination

We may modify or suspend the website or any service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such modification or discontinuation.

11. Warranties & Liability
