If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will require photos of the damage or defect to process your claim. Upon verification, I will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of products fulfilled by Pictorem, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, the order is sent to production, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns and Exchanges
Fine Art America offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
