Return Policy for Products Fulfilled by Pictorem

I’m committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. All artwork is produced by my trusted partner, Pictorem, known for their high-quality custom prints and fulfillment services. Below is how returns, defective items, and cancellations are handled:


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Pictorem Customer Support within 14 days of delivery. You’ll need to provide photos of the damage or defect to help process your claim. Upon verification, Pictorem will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue you a full refund.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order to avoid any issues.


3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once 24 hours have passed, the order enters production with Pictorem and cannot be canceled or amended.
